International shipping of goods will carry a EX-Works incoterms, all fees from courier, customs and tax will be for the customer and its end destination prescribed user.
Forsaken secrets will not be liable for local and international charges where the client / user had not done their due diligence of fees or levies that it may additionally carry.
Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place we will make arrangements for re-shipment. Which will be chargeable.

Refunds/Returns Policy
For the health, safety and peace of mind of our employees and customers – and because of the intimate nature of the products we sell – Forsaken Secrets cannot return or exchange any purchases unless these are defective. This means that products* designed to come into contact with any body part or body fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable
SECTION 20(3) of the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 68 of 2009, CNC Global Trading (PTY) Ltd trading as Forsaken Secrets reserves the right, for public health reasons, to restrict the return of certain products.

Refund Options
At Forsaken Secrets, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product, we will endeavor to replace it with the same item. However, if stock availability is an issue, we will offer you a comparable alternative of the same value. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can provide you with a voucher equal to the value of the returned item.
Returns are accepted for items that are not a health and safety hazard, is factory sealed and unopened within 14 days from the purchase date. Please ensure all returns are securely packaged and the Invoice number is clearly indicated on the outside of the package to streamline the return process. (We will provide you with the invoice number.) Note that all unopened returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
In certain rare cases, at our discretion, we might opt to issue a full refund. This refund will be processed to the card used for the original purchase. Please note that the refund may take between 3 to 6 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Order cancellations are eligible for a 3-month voucher for the full value, provided the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

Warranty
It is required that you provide your original proof of purchase, and original box when sending your product in for warranty.
The physical condition of your device is also taken into consideration before any warranty decisions are made for replacements or exchanges, especially within the first six months from the purchase date.
What is the warranty period on my products?
All our products are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Please note that in the unlikely event that a product is faulty, Forsaken Secrets must be notified of any claims within 24 hours from delivery of your order.
The warranty applied on a product starts on the date of purchase, printed on the original invoice or delivery note.
Warranties will only be valid where applicable on products that offer these services and will be mentioned in the products warranty cards / manual.
Your warranty will be voided if your product is damaged. This includes, but is not limited to:
Physical damage and/or misuse or abuse, water damage (when not waterproof products), repairs and/or product modifications and alterations that have been executed by unauthorized third parties.
Modifying the exterior of the device by gluing, pasting or sticking ‘decorative’ images on the device can void the warranty if such attachments impact the interior mechanics of the product.
Failing to properly follow the installation process and instructions for use.
Because Repairs acts in accordance with the manufacturer warranty, you have to make sure that you comply with the warranty requirements as they are outlined in your product manual.
